Joanne currently works with NHS Lothian as a data processor as well as being a Day Opportunities relief worker for QCCC.
When and why did you get involved with QCCC?
Joanne started volunteering with QCCC in 2017 as a way of meeting new people and becoming involved in the community. She has made lots of friends through volunteering with QCCC and is now a relief support worker too. She really enjoys interacting with the service users as spending time with them is so rewarding. She loves to chat to them and listen to their amazing stories.
What hobbies and interests do you have?
Joanne loves to do crafts in her spare time, especially x-stitching and card making. Her other hobbies are reading and watching films. Joanne also loves spending time with friends and family, especially if a coffee shop is involved!
