Introducing Trishaw Season

Updated:

Queensferry Care is thrilled to bring the Trishaw out and about again - our special electric-assisted bike with a comfy passenger seat up front, gearing up (literally) to take passengers out for a safe, scenic ride around our beautiful town.

This isn't just for older adults (though they love it too!) - we're offering rides for anyone who could benefit from the fresh air, a bit of adventure, and a friendly face. Whether you're an older person, living with a disability, or just need a boost - this is cycling for all.

Our Trishaw rides are a chance to connect, chat, and enjoy the outdoors - perfect for anyone who might feel a bit isolated, or just wants a unique way to experience the community.

  • Rides are FREE and a maximum length of 40 minutes - we will do a short trial the first week to see how you like it.
  • We can pick you up from your home and take you and your support for a ride (South Queensferry only) - please note you do need to be sufficiently mobile to walk outside to the trishaw as we can't help the person to walk. Solo rides can be arranged.
